Premier Iemma	Robert Kearney  PhD,DSc,AM

On October the 3rd Emeritus professor Robert Kearney PhD,DSc,AM, sent the letter below to the Premier of NSW requesting answers to an e-mail letter signed by Minister Verity Firth and sent to Mr jack Tait President of Coastal Rights Assn. 

As of 4th February 2008 Professor Kearney has received no reply from the Premier WHY NOT?

Is the Premier questioning Professor Kearney's credibility?

Or is it that a Ministers job is on the line, and he hopes that silence is golden?

The Minister I refer to is Minister Verity Firth.  In the letter e-mail I, we/CRA received, Minister Firth clearly states that MANY SCIENTIST'S disagree with Professor Kearney.

Our question to Minister Firth is simple, who are they and what are their credentials? We along with Professor Kearney demand this be answered.

I have been told there is NO greater crime than to fabricate SCIENCE, and that has been done by the NSW Government and the MPA in relation to the establishment of the Batemans Marine Park.

Premier if you can not defend your Minister with the TRUTH and INTEGRITY SACK HER IMEDIATLY.
